The North Central Society For Post-Acute And Long-Term Care Medicine (NCSPALTC) is a professional association committed to the continuous improvement of the quality of resident care by providing education, advocacy, information, resources and professional development for medical directors, physicians, and non-physician providers who practice in long term care settings in the state of South Dakota and North Dakota.

Membership
The annual dues for SDMDA membership is January through December. The dues are $140.00 for the calendar year for a renewing medical director or attending physician. The dues are $75.00 per calendar year for new medical director, attending physician or non physician.
