Individual Council Award
The purpose of this award is to recognize an individual in each of the disciplines (activities, dietary, nursing and social services) who has contributed greatly to the South Dakota Health Care Association and the long term care profession overall! The winners will be recognized at SDHCA’s Annual Fall Convention.
